Top quality service from Jack. There was a courtesy call during the week and I was informed that there was a 5 days free insurance on the car. Purchase was made easy with no pressure,reveal, and "How to Guide" demonstrated by Jack in store was fab

I was charged for a remote key battery that I hadn't asked for and was not told this was standard. Very disappointing. My invoice was not explained, payment commenced but this was stopped while I read the individual charges on the invoice myself

No guaranteed electric courtesy car offering, I walked and used the bus. Poor communications once the car was at the dealership. I received a missed call, they did not pick up when I returned it. They sent text messages but didn't read my responses.

Air-conditioning makes a noise it didn't make when I took it in for service. it was said to be leaves in the fan. Leaves were later cleared but still makes noise. Wing mirror bottom housing was left hanging upon pick up. I've clipped it in.

The tyre replacement was authorised quickly under our insurance policy. The replacement tyre was fitted quickly. The overall time spent at the BMW centre was too long owing to the unsatisfactory complimentary wash.

Almost completely satisfied, but initially Group 1 seemed to struggle getting BMW to accept that work was covered under warranty. This is my first all-electric BMW (i3S) and until this breakdown I was most pleased with the vehicle.
